    Does anyone know a number at which I can contact the FullTilt Staff? They hardly provide any infromation on the site... sort of makes me upset.

    They have a toll free support number but it's for deposit issues only.

    I've withdrawn my money from the account on the 21st of September and still haven't received the bank transfer yet. They say it'll take 7-10 business days. First off, there's no reason for them to take that long other than to push the other withdrawal methods so they can make money off of it. Secondly, it has been 18 regular days and 12 business days. Obviously, there's no phone # to reach them at only because phone customer services is expensive and that the e-mail services methodology allows them to work at their pace as opposed to us, the customers. Full Tilt is a bunch of balogny but it provides a drug that is difficult for us to separate ourselves from therefore giving them the better hand. I hope they'll change ways and take more responsibility for their businesses.

    Do you know what the number is?I recently made a bank transfer withdrawal on full tilt and the money isnt showing in my bank account. Anyone have any similar problems?

    I don't understand if it is their SOLE purpose to reply to emails, that they can't do it in less than two days. Do they have two people working support? This makes me miss Party Poker so bad. You would get a reply within a few hours. On here, getting a reply is like pulling teeth.

    It has been 3 days since i've been able to log in to my account...I think something must have happened during the latest software updates??? I have e-mailed Support several times, and am not getting great results. Why say that support is available 24/7 if it is not going to be?

    Same problem here. I got an email from them saying that my account has been validated and I can now withdrawal by check. But guess what I go into cashier and it still wont allow me to withdrawal by check. I have emailed them about 5 times this week without a response. Its almost like they're doing it on purpose because they don't want people cashing out. I'm starting to think it's just a big scam.

    I hav not been able to get a response from FTP for over five hours regarding that I can not log onto my account. Am registered in a tournement in a minute and won't be able to play cause of this ****. This happened on June 3rd as well and screwed me then too.

    What does FTP do regarding these situations?

    Why don't they respond to customers? Their lack of concern is costing money!

    IS A JOKE. WHY THEY EVEN HAVE E-MAIL SUPPORT IS BEYOND ME BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER E-MAILS. OH YEAH, AND THEY'LL HAVE YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN'T FIX BUT THIS SITE IS. I WAS PLAYING A TOURNAMENT THE OTHER NIGHT AND THERE WAS A GUY AT THAT TABLE THAT WAS CALLING THE FLOP TURN AND RIVER BEFORE IT CAME OFF. EVERY TIME. AND HE ALWAYS HAD THE CARDS TO WIN. HE WAS LAUGHING ABOUT IT THE WHOLE TIME. THEY BANNED MY "CHAT PRIVELEGES" BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T LIKE THAT I SWORE AT TABLES. WHO THE **** TOLD THEM THAT WE NEED A BABYSITTER TO MONITOR THE CHAT. GO **** YOURSELVES. SO AFTER I SENT A FEW OF THESE E-MAILS TO THEM, I SUDDENLY COULN'T WIN ANYTHING ON THE SITE. IN 25 TOURNAMENTS IN A ROW, THERE WAS A POINT WHERE I WENT ALL IN AT A POINT WHEN I HAD A GREAT HAND. I WAS WINNING EVERY TIME IN THESE SITUATIONS UNTILL THE RIVER WHICH GAVE MY OPPONENT THE WIN. EVERY TIME. THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN MATHEMATICALLY. EVEN LUCK WOULD GIVE ME A COUPLE OF THESE HANDS. BUT I LOST EVERY TIME. I'VE HEARD OTHER PEOPLE TELL ME THE SAME THING, ABOUT ONE PLAYER ALWAYS GETTING ACES OR KINGS AND WINNING EVERY HAND AT A TABLE. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY DO IT BUT IN MY OPINION, THEY ARE CHEATS AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PUT REAL MONEY ON THIS SITE. ANY COMPUTER TECHS OUT THERE THAT COULD TELL ME HOW IT IS THEY COULD FIX GAMES LIKE THIS?

    emailing multiple times just clogs up the system even more, you're all screwing yourselves over

    just be patient, and if you can provide more details about you r problem then maybe its something someone here knows how to fix- if not, be patient

    I have emailed them continuously, and have not received a reply. Since the last upgrade, I have been kicked off the site, everytime I click my mouse. This is unacceptable, and I can't even get into the cashier, to get what funds I have left. Again, very unacceptable. Seems real easy to give them funds, but what a hassle to get it back. Can't write if off, because it's illegal to play anyway. what a racket....

    i would like to know why we cant call....

    we had 2 accounts in our family and 1 of them had neally 300 in it...

    they closed it with out warning taking all our credit...

    i am very disapointed and i feel cheated.

    That is probably because you had 2 accounts on one IP and used same deposit method. So they think its 1 person with 2 accounts and delete it. If you read the rules it is clearly stated you have to use different deposit method for different accounts on the same IP. Like both have your own epassporte or credit card.
