PHILADELHPIA (AP) -- Philadelphia Eagles star Kevin Curtis says white wide recievers face greater scrutiny than their black counterparts.

In an interview on HBO's "Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel" to be broadcast Tuesday, Curtis said white wide recievers "have to do a little bit extra" because there are relatively few of them, adding "people didn't want us to play this position." Curtis said if he caught for 300 yards and his team wins by a touchdown, critics will say, "Oh, he could have made this catch here. We would have scored more points if he would have done this."

Asked if black wide recievers such as Terrell Owens and Randy Moss are held to the same standards, Curtis replied: "Let me start by saying, I love those guys. But they don't get criticized as much as we do. They don't."

LMFAO thats funny, good idea using Kevin Curtis after the big day he had on Sunday, I just find it hilarious that it is the same exact thing Donovan Mcnaab said and you fixed it up so it would apply to Curtis, LOL

It's a parody, just a little Monday morning humor...

Is he really stupid enough to say that as a member of the Eagles, or is that a parody?
