    I use echecks on stars and its the only place i can deposit on instantly. Does anyone have any good advice on how to get Echecks for FTP?

    I don't know why but I got an Instant eChecks invitation email back in December. Low to mid stakes player. Joined FT in Oct. 2006, used Neteller to fund 1 day before they closed to players in the states. Haven't signed up with new processor so maybe they figured I would prefer this option. I'm still nursing that deposit and have not tried the echeck option yet. If I do I'll post to tell how it went.

    If any others in the U.S. are using Instant eChecks let us know how it works and if there was any problems. I assume I would have to deposit first before using it for withdraws.

    Not sure I want to give out my bank account and routing numbers not knowing who will have access to that information.

    I would make sure the funds are in your account the day you set up the transaction because they do come out rather quickly. I used this once about 5 months ago and it went through without a hitch.

    I don't know how you qualify for it. They add it to your account little by little. I know it's on my account as a deposit option but not my boyfriends. The fact that he Has never made a deposit may have something to do with it as he's a much better player than I am. If your in the states and want to play but not wait for Epassport, go find an all access gift card and do a Visa deposit.

    i have had no probel depositing with echecks...i already had 3 clear. I am now waiting on 2 withdrawls. they took 24-48 hours to process from FT, and am waiting for them to show in my checking...i will keep youposted on when they show. They were initiated friday and saturday night....

    If they are in my checking by the mid-end of the week...i will be thrilled with this new option...

    I got it too. I'm not worried about the deposit. I wonder how well it will work and be recieved by American banks for withdrawals from ftp accounts.

    If anyone has tried this, how did it go?

    Withdrawals on stars are very slow, but so is the time they take on deposits getting the money from your checking account. Some may not feel comfortable giving a ssn as well.

    My last withdrawal took almost 3 weeks, but then I got 2 deposits in my checking account, each slightly more than I was looking for, under a different account name! It took another 2 weeks to straighten it out, but at least I had the extra dollars, not them.

    The method is free and fast for getting money into your account. Getting a check mailed may be faster on withdrawing.

    Sounds promising, though. I know B*D*g uses eChecking and it's worked for me in the past.

    Do the e-checks process payouts, too? I know Bodog's old e-check system processed payouts, but not their new one. Back when Party accepted e-checks, they processed payouts, too.

    Hi all,

    I haven't posted here before. Being a Mac user, I have been at LP all this time. I didn't know was Mac friendly till recently, so I made the switch.

    I want to make a deposit and play the cash games, but I'm unsure as to the most effecient way to get it done. Is there a problem with USA players. I've already lost several hundred dollars do to my countries stupidity and i don't want to get screwed again.

    I'd appreciate any response from My fellow americans.

    I have used E-checks on Stars. I built up a large enough bankroll to make my frist withdraw, but I had no way to do it. I made a small deposit with e-checks, waited the required amount of time (it was my first deposit) and when I made the withdraw it was righ there. Both the deposit and withdraw were credited in less then a hour.

    I see they mentioned it is a "Beta" release. That means they should eventually allow everyone to use it, once they have it up and running for a while. PokerStars did the same thing. About a month ago they allowed some people to start using eChecks, and now everyone can use it. It worked smoothly for me over there - I'm sure it will be great here at too.

    And it shouldn't be a problem with American banks - a check is a check to them. They don't have the resources to regulate where all checks are coming from or going to, and because of that, the UIGEA hasn't required them to.

    Hey anyone used the instant echeck option? I have a couple of questions.

    1. When do they remove the money from your bank account if the money has been deposited say supposing on a monday.

    2. Is there a fee if you use the instant echeck option ?

    That sucks, I could really use this seeing how I cannot withdraw funds through epassport.. How did you qualify for being one of the best players?
