I dont mean to be a whiner or nothing, I am just clarifying the answer to your question. This is what the site rules says about it:

"Begging" for money (real or play) at tables is forbidden and may result in the suspension or termination of the offender's account.

Soft playing or chip dumping is not allowed. Any unethical play may result in the suspension or termination of the offender's account.

Then in the glossary that this site has it says this:

    chip dumping

(v phrase) Chip dumping is a collusion tactic were one player deliberately funnels chips to another player through under-handed maneuvers.

... and we know all about how 'collusion' is a no'no. I'm not the police, so do whatever you want, but this is what the site says.

Chip dumping is even frowned upon here because of the 500k playchip tourney that pays out a few bucks.

If they cant be passed to another player, how is someone supposed to loan them to you ?

  2.

I see it too, and no I'm not sure it is against the rules... I just know on some sites it is. It may or may not be here. Some people hate it when it happens, because it does disrupt or even ruin the dynamic of what might be decent game otherwise. People sometimes feel forced to risk a huge amount of chips if they have a good hand, and then feel ripped off if they bust and know it was because of someone's chip dump. So... if you do go that route, and find someone willing to do it, try to go to a cash table that is heads up so nobody has to wait or unfairly risk their chips over the series of hands required to do the dump. I still think the SNG's are the better route. Anyways... good luck.

Manilla's right... accumulating PC's should be a walk in the park, especially at the lowest levels. I hear ya about the crazy loose play, but that's how it goes in play money poker. Be patient and accumulate... you'll get past the level eventually. Of course... the easiest way to bypass it is to deposit. Playing freerolls exclusively is a better option also in my opinion. Regardless... good luck.

  4.

That's crystal clear then. Chip dumping is against the rules... which is a good thing. I guess you're just going to have to play for them like the rest of us. Thanks for the rule clarification.

play chips cannot be passed from one player to another, you'll have to earn them.......and its relatively easy in the 250 SnG s

  5.

if anyone wants to make alitte cash and has paypal i buy the chips in the millions u can reach me on aim screen name ibevipstaus

  6.

Well there you have it. No chip dumping either... not that I encourage it anyways. Play the SNG's man!

  7.

ahh, how is having more play chips going to change that?

  8.

Lol... again Manilla is right. It's not possible for someone to loan or give them to you through the Full Tilt Server. You're only option is to persuade someone to chip dump them to you at a table, but that's kind of frowned upon by a lot of players and at some sites it's against the rules. If you're building up to 60,000 and then losing it on a single hand, it might be a good idea to practice some BR management, even if it's only play money. If you value having a lot of play chips in order to face better competition, it should be no big thing to protect them by not risking all of them in one game, or worse yet one hand. I also agree with Manilla the 250 SNG's are the way to go to accumulate. They are so easy to beat and cash in... it really just doesn't get any easier than that. Will you have to put in the time? Of course... but every poker player has to put in an enourmous amount of time building both their skill level and BR... so just go with the process and have fun with it. If you really can't handle the waiting game, then by all means play with some gamble... but if you gamble, you have to be prepared to crash every now and again too. Anyways... you might find someone willing to chip dump (kind of a waste time IMO), but good luck if that's what you want to do.
