    hi Im french I have a problem for withdrawl my money I click on cashier and on withdrawl and i see 5 options : neteller , moneybookers ,epassport,ckickpay and check but I didn't see a buton select and when I click on one of this options I move to the help page ( like if I click on learn more ) ...

    For information I had make a deposit with a mastercard ; please can you help me for recover my money ? ( actually I have 52$ on my account )

    Well, you can. But you have to deposit using neteller first (as you said). So get some money onto Neteller some way (not sure of the methods I'm American so that option is not available to us) and deposit into . Then you'll be able to withdrawl to Neteller as much as you like.

    so when you deposit with a mastercard you can't recover your money with a neteller account ? I must depose with neteller for recover all my money ?

    OK only if u have a very close friend or trusted source ,trusted

    thats had a withdraw experience that went OK

    transfer the money to them [seems like a small enough amount ]

    and let them get it for u

    On the withdrawal options you qualify for and can do, there should be a "select" button where there is a "learn more" link

    My guess is you have not completed the necessary steps to qualify for each option. I think you need a successful deposit history on neteller and epassporte, and to get a check you must fax or email them proof of identification and address
