    ***I'M NOT BUYING/SELLING ANYTHING***

Now, I just started looking at this forum a few days ago and I myself am a big user of PayPal, with accounts consisting of over $6,000 USD. I came to this forum quite disapointed that PayPal has been disbanded. But I am going to tell you of a method to help bring it back.

(Will try and post pics later)

I am sure that most of you at some point have had a problem with a fraudulent Dispute or chargeback. A Claim or Dispute is when the buyer put a claim on the transaction through PayPal. A chargeback is if they paid with a credit card, the call their CC company and chargeback. Chargebacks are much harder to deal with. But anyways......Heres how to stop it.

This method is known as "Claim and Cancel." Have you ever noticed that once a fraudulent buyer puts a dispute on a transaction and once the decision is made on who should get the money back they don't make another dispute? That's because they can't. This can be used to the seller's advantage (Presuming that he/she is trusted) in this way.

Basically say the seller wants to sell to $50 FTP money to the buyer via PayPal. The buyer would go first and send the seller the designated amount of money, then the buyer would put an instant dispute on the transaction, saying they didn't get the goods. Then right after that the seller would have the buyer close the dispute saying all the issues were resolved, and BINGO. The funds are now 100% secure in the sellers PayPal account. The seller would then give the buyer the goods and there's no way to get past this.

Well, there is one other way, thats when the fraudulent seller has one more option, he can make an "unauthorized" claim. But I have never in my life seen an unauthorized claim that has been accepted, so the above method works. Ill try to post pictures next time and try it out.....Give me some feedback!

with epassporte it takes about a week to be able to set up and do anything. Paypal you can pay with Credit card, bank account, debit card, paypal debit card, virtual credit card, paypal funds, paypal credit and you can request a check to your house. And yes all of those are different things.

    Plain and simple what? Actually?

Here's the deal. Plain and simple. You need a little cash to , for a little cash. You need a lot of cash, to for a lot of cash. One would expect that folks who want to would know enough to go get a method that would insure that they have some cash. And can get some more.

You can get an Epassporte account in about a day. Some people say EP is a pain in the butt. True. But it works. It works slowly but it works very, very well. (I already know that Neteller was better. But Neteller is dead.)

But screwing around with Paypal? Where a transfer can be reversed? A payment is not a payment, but instead, it's a gamble? No. And here you are, saying, 'Hey, bro, we can out gamble Paypal, by a double gamble technique'.

Paypal doesn't allow , and they allow a purchaser to reverse his payment: a lot of traders get screwed, because they're stupid: they accept Paypal. They should not.

And rather than you (yes, you. Yourself.) going to get a new method of payment (hey, it coulda been done in full, in three days), you're here, hawking paypal like kids on corners used to hawk newpapers. "Paypal! Get your PayPal Here! Extra! Read All About It".

And all these dummies? Their friends tell them: they should not accept paypal. They should not. But every day, one or two of them does. In spite of all the shouting, in the forums. Ron White, the comedian, was correct: "You Just Can't Fix STUPID."

But here you are: you've been at this for three days, in four forums. Maketransfer.com, Pokerforums.org, hey, you're there. Fortunately, I don't believe you've had a sale yet. Maybe people DO get smarter. It could happen.

Nobody is going to take your Paypal. Nobody smart. Go take your money out of paypal (we KNOW you're not a scammer, so we KNOW you have a legitimate method of withdrawing your funds. <smirk>). Put those funds in a bank. Get an Epassporte account. Fund your site.

But if you're still here, Wednesday, hawking your PayPal, I'm gonna get ticked off. And then, that foul substance is going to hit the fan. And I'm going to get rude.

Despite the informative nature of this thread, I'm locking it.

    1. Paypal does not allow funding online gaming.

    2. A workaround, however insulated from possible sanctions, is still a workaround.

    3. Requests for Paypal transfers have not been allowed here for quite some time, for good reasons.

    4. Advocacy of violating their User Agreement may encourage others to involve themselves in a Paypal trade.

    5. Despite an abundance of available information, most new traders fail to grasp the basic concepts of safe trading. I don't want to see them get involved in an inherently risky and complicated trade.

    6. There exists several other safe and viable alternatives to fund your FT account.

If there is further need to post here, please contact a moderator.

Paypal itself is so easily abusable, thats why people hate it so much.

They also have terrible, terrible customer service, and have been known to freeze and lock account of customers randomly, freezing their money.

Heres a site with thousands of pissed of paypal'rs

    www.paypalsucks.com

It happened to me, they froze $840 of mine, never found out why. Also they took $500 of it, leaving me with the remainder to claim in 180 days (They let you withdraw the money out after this long). In the end they made me wait half a year, and stole over half my money.

Ever been blinded by rage? Paypal can do that.

Anyway, your loophole may work - like I said though I wouldnt trust paypal.

I couldn't agree with you more about the concept, but I just wanted to note about the phishing scams. One of the first things I learned from another web site I'm a member of was how to go through an internet server and create an e-mail with a false "@" addy. Use to send my friends e-mails from "mikeshouseoftacos.com". It's a little disturbing at how easy it really was to do, to be honest with you. That was back in 97-98 though, so I don't know if they have patched any leaks like that anymore.

  2.

You should never have to trick something into working properly.

And about the phishing emails, the fact that none of the emails I get from "Paypal" has my name on them definetely set off alarms. Still, they appear to come from address that looks like paypal. Some of them will appear to come from . People have been trying to scam Paypal customers for so long that they are getting quite good at faking Paypal emails.

Well it takes alot to be tricked by those e-mails lol. PayPal is a fine thing to use, they just charge way to much. But I think its worth it with the Debit cards, Credit card, Virtual Credit card and half a dozen withdrawal options that are available.

I have found that if it has my real name at the top of the e-mail, it's from paypal. Otherwise, if I have a question about the e-mail, I forward it to their . They e-mail back to let you know if it's real or fake. Either way, never select a link through the e-mail to access your account. Just log on through the paypal website.

  3.

I have never used Paypal, but I keep getting email from them telling me to update my account, or that someone has sent me money, or something like that. Obviously, these emails are just phishing scams. If I actually decided to use Paypal I would go crazy trying to figure out which emails were legit, and which were phishing scams.

Just never log in to your acct using any emails. Go directly to the secure site, and log in from there.

it means that if you dont play a silly game like you mentioned ,the "trade' is reversed and you lose.

Thats why PP isnt accepted here and many other places. If ya have to play tricky lil games ,then its not worth doing.
