Asf, I agree with gho, that is barely a limping hand in your postition. The raise on the flop is OK, I'd personally make a bigger one, but it fairly non threatening, so I guess you can try to draw people in. However, the board turns dangerous on the turn, you're in a freeroll, and you'll get called if you bet the pot. I do think the check on the river is ok, but I think it would have been an easier decision if you bet the pot on the turn.
asfispimp checks

This is the latest poster to master the art of digging up a really old post and put a +1 or a me too or i agree on the end. There are a number or other threads where he has exhibited his art...
Umm...I'd probably fold that hand pre-flop.
Post-flop I'd probably play it the way you did. I'd likely check on the river. You won't get called by anything there unless the villian is a calling station. Checking also prevents you from getting check-raised if villian did happen to catch something on the river. I've lost so many pots with sets and try not to value them too highly anymore.Last edited by gho on Sun Nov 05, 2006 3:00 pm; edited 1 time in total

GL, to all. and remember this is the biggest donkfest around i'd say 85% of the players don't have a clue, so becareful it's like a mine field ( 300 left at first break!) so if u actually know how omaha works this can be easy money just play tight and strike hard 8)
