I´ve won a ticket to the One Million Chalange in Muich. Full Tilt said, that i´ve 4 days to register for this tournament. A supporter from FT made a mistake, so that i´ve got only 24 hours to register for this tournament.
I´ve written 5 Mails to the customer support to fix this problem. There were no answer.
Full tilt has stolen my chance to take seat at this tournament and they are not interestet to help me. The adress of full tilt is on auruba, so there were no chance to act with an layer against this **** handling of full tilt.
If somebody want to become a cash game player, don´t go to full tilt. if there would be a problem with your money, they won´t help you anyway.
I´m so disopinted from FT - It´s a really **** company. Tell it to everybody!!!!!!
