I find the customer service on Full Tilt pathetic and useless.
If you have an urgent issue you cannot contact a Full Tilt support person and get an immediate response.
Most other poker sites have an immediate respone or a phone number or online chat with support.
Full tilt are so arrogant they do not even put a contact phone number on their web-site.
The support at Full Tilt is the wost I have ever experienced at online gaming sites.
Please let me know if anybody else has had a similar issue.
Full Tilt also have no responsible gaming policy. You cannot exclude yourself from Full Tilt through their web-site you have to email them. Another example of how pathetic the Full Tilt support team are.
How come my brothers account gets shut down and his money gets taken by ? Recently my brother opened his own account due to fact he'd been doing well on the site he wanted to CASH out. So he tried to cash out under my account. Due to the fact his personal info doesnt match mine (obviously)he had to start his own account. So he opens an Account he then proceeds to send his personal info like they had requested. So he scans his ID and BANK STATEMENT like he was asked and emails them to . DONE. Everythings fine. Then he tries to cash out. UH OH...not so fast... The check gets declined because its said he has mutiple accounts. They say my account is his. We do have the same last name since we're brother and sister but I assure you we are two totally diferent people. If had looked into this instead of just shuting down his account and taking his winnings they would of relised their MISTAKE. We have a joint email account not a joint account. All of our personal info on our accounts is different. So we both email them NUMEROUS times to tell them of there error. Its now day2 and not one response from anyone at all. Not one email to say they are looking into the matter. I loved I was on it almost once a day for the past 3 months. Im just so frustrated with their lack of help and the Fact that I dont know where my brothers money is. Also thers NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM NO 1 800 NUMBER OR 1 888 number no nothing just and email address which THEY DONT RESPOND to! NOT EVEN IF YOU WRITE THEM 10-20 emails. Im just so mad All iwanted was to be treated like a normal customer not a piece of crap. Like i said before its now day two of the MISTAKE. My brother is out$700 and all his points, because we share an email address.!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON OVER THERE AT !!! You would think aproblemthis small and easy to fix would have been rectified by now but NO! No such luck! I didnt know what esle to do so thats why Im putting it up here hoping someone will see it and help me out. So until then I guess im going to play at POKERSTARS where the actually have 24/7 help unlike .
its happened to me aswell you need a small issue resolving quickly and you have to wait for the useless support people to reply i need just a quick response because the time has now passed and its useless
on pokerstars the longest i have waited was 20mins on full tilt the shortest i have waited is 45mins. a phone number gives you quick direct assistance to your query.
please full tilt just have a phone support team its easy and so helpful.
Live customer service is expensive. You have to pay individuals to answer phones. You have to pay a lot of money for the equipment and the phone lines.
They probably feel that the small minority of people who actually want live support isn't worth worrying about.
FTP probably doesn't even have a building. Their only assets are probably a few servers and the software.

If you emailed support you will get an answer. Your post shows why there is no phone number. Who in there right mind would sit on a phone and receive a call from someone like the above post.
FTP tech support is very good at what they do. Give them time and you will get an answer.
Yeah I mean full tilt doesn't have enough money, there is no way they could afford phone lines. Most other poker rooms have phone lines. Full Tilt's Support is rediculously slow.

The customer support is horrid, I play high stakes and have had some disconnection issues,,, as well as unanswered emails,,, not to mention no phone number,,, I play with thousands of dollars and will take my business elsewhere.

Its probably the easiest job in the world as all they do is answer emails.
You see support should be immediate. Why should I have to wait a few hours to get a response to my query. I emailed your hero's at FTP support 2 hours ago and still no response - so if you call that good customer service then you are a bloody idiot who probably has no idea how to run a business.
Customer support on an online gaming site should be instantanious. If it is not then they have a customer support problem. FTP definately has very bad customer support. I should not have to wait hours to get a response to my questions - Why cant they have a support phone number??? - just plain useless
They are just a company that wants to make money but don't want to go through the troubles of dealing with pissed off customers. When you have such a big company and doing something like this you must need a Live support..when doing any type of business you will HAVE TO deal with annoying customers because if your business is poor you will have annoying customers..its even more funny that they WILL HAVE PHONE SUPPORT in LATE SEPT 2007 BUT it will only deal with deposit issues and NOTHING ELSE. Shows how fcuking greedy they are. They have the biggest amount of players right now as far as I've seen with the most sponsored professional players. Its ridiculous.
I would like to agree that the support is terrible. Now i see a few people are acting like we are being impatient. But lets get this straight. these people are probably idiots who dont play real cash games. is arrogant to think they dont need telephone support. If i have a problem which involves cash in a tournament you can bet your ass i want instant support and help to recify the situation. needs to respect its customers, it needs to listen to complaints. They cant just sit there rake in millions from us and act like they dont have to take care of us if something goes wrong. Even Ultimate Bet has a better telephone support. I had trouble one day with a withdrawal and after emails got nowhere i called the only phone number i could find connected to . Some helpful guy form a third world country informed me that this was a helpline for deposits and he could not assist me with my withdrawal problem. He can only help me deposit.
Now i have issue with the recent disconnection that occured whilst i was in 2nd place with 4 remaining in a cash tournament. They gave us five minutes notice that the tourney would be paused and not to worry that under no circumstances would tournaments be restarted until everyone was reconnected. So i sit and wait an hour. The only flicker on the screen is to tell me ive been reconected. which i clearly hadnt because no cards were dealt. i didnt leave for an hour. So i finally close then restart . The tourny i was in is closed. There is no record of it under completed tournies and i have the 3rd place prize. So im sitting in 2nd with a good chance of winning. They stop the tournament. They continue without me and im supposed to accept 3rd prize. Bullsh*t i am. When they are dealing with my money i want answers. This is why we need telephone support. You people cannot tell me that isnt making more money than ultimate bet. I just hope this doesnt happen to you guys. dont get me wrong i love the site in terms of , but you cant treat people like this! needs to repsect its customers at every level when it deals in real cash.
I agree that FTP has slow email service and cashout service. But when they email you back, they always solve my issue. Just wish it didn't take days.
I have the exact same problem...
They froze one of the accounts used in my house. The basement is being rented out but we share an internet source. That's not illegal. It's called routing. So they sent my an "intimidating" email saying how they have caught more than one username... so they froze the high balance account and kept a small balance account open. I have been trying to email them for the last 3 days no response!!!!!!! This is retarded, and they have no number!!!!! Rediculous.
I just want the account open again...

He is right, I contacted through email 3 times more then a month ago and have not heard back from them. I have not received any rakeback, so the website i signed up for rakeback told me to contact to see if I am linked with them. They e-mailed as well and have not heard anything yet. It seems that is definitely all about making money and does not care about the customer. This is horrible.

I was in a token Frenzy tourney - got disconnected and now I cannont log back in. Get an error message that says my account has denied me permission to log back in ?!?!
Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it?

There is no problem having multiple "person" accounts in a common household . However all accounts require an independent payment processor and email address.
I've emailed them about 19 hours ago and no response, Full Tilt's support is the worst by far in any poker room on the market and there is no denying that.
The server was down for maintance.

I find it IRONIC that you are so ARROGANT that u think that ur problem needs to instantaniously be fixed!
FYI if they do that for you then they have to do that for everyone, and there are far too many players on this site to start doing that crap.
Send ur email and wait for thier response just like everyone else, most of the time they respond within 24 hrs.
