dear support,
i have made a deposit from moneybookers. strange thing is $ has been deducted from my MB account but not credited to my FTP account. I have written email to but no response so far....... does FTP have a phone number??? this is really frustrating.
Kindly help...................

heres' what support replied. called the hotline and they told me to write to FTP. basically, the hotline is helpless,

Unfortunately Moneybookers is currently experiencing some technical
difficulties. As a result we are not able to process any pending
Moneybookers transactions. Rest assured, we are working to resolve this
issue as quickly as possible.
Once Moneybookers is operational again, the deposit process will
continue. You will receive an email regarding the final status of your
deposit at that time.
strange thing is i just deposited into Betfair using moneybookers and there are no problems at all and moneybookers is functional .......

As far as I know they do have a phone number if it is related to deposits. I would go to the cashier in the software and see if you can find that number. Hopefully they will be able to get to the bottom of it fairly quickly.
