    I got an email that I recieved a $75 dollar bonus and I need to redeem it by clicking "check my bonus offer" under the "Requests" menu...I've been looking for it all day and cant find it. the offer runs out tonight! Can someone help me?

    Perhaps there is another way of thinking about this "bonus" thing.

    Ever notice how the price of some thing you may wish to purchase is lowered for a certain period of time. That is called a sale. Businesses offer them from time to time.

    FTP bonuses are effectively sales. For every $1 you pay in tournament fees, you are getting $0.42 back (7 FTPs * $.06). So you get to play at a 42% discount.

    Like any other sale, you can choose to take advantage of it, or not.

    If you do, play whatever you normally play, with the comforting thought that it will not be costing you as much.

    Make any sense?

    +1 Playing ring/cash tables is the best/fastest way to clear bonus.

    Playing multiple tables even makes it go faster....

    First of all, hate playing cash games. Secondly, I practice good BR management and I dont have the roll to play 6 dollar turbo's but have the roll to play the 2 dollar turbo's that still have the same rake amount as the 1 dollar turbo's.

    In any event, you are still going to be giving back the bonus via rake fee's unless you have rake back, which FTP doesn't offer but yet if someone new signs up for FTP through an rake back site, they are able to get rake back.

    Another thing FTP screws long time players over with.

    Why do people get so pissed off when they get a bonus. offers us money for doing something that most of us are doing anyway; playing . If you don't clear all of it, so what, you are no worse off than you were if you hadn't gotten the bonus offer.

    This bonus is released in $7.50 increments through raked play in real money games. For every 125 Points you earn in real money games you will receive $7.50 of your bonus.

    I'd be paying rake anyways, so it's free money. Plus in cash games I get FTPs for other players paying rake as long as I'm dealt in the hand. So I pay much less in rake than I would playing SNGs.

    I wouldn't waste your time playing $1 +.25 SNGs unless you like paying 25% juice and murdering ROIs.

    Oh, and bonuses clear much faster in cash games.

    People are just never happy.

    Give them a $1 and they ask why you didn't give them $2.

    I had this problem too

    I activeted my bonus but I do not know how to use it...This $75 was not credited in my account

    I wouldnt waist your time trying to clear the bonus. The reason why is because lets say you play the 1.25 9 man turbo's on ftp. You have 11 days to clear the $75 bonus.

    It comes out to at least 700 sng's you have to play in 11 days. Yet after 200 sng's with a .25 rake, thats $50 dollars in rake money ftp gets.

    What a joke that bonus is!

    Too hard to clear and your bascially giving back the bonus in rake fee.
