It depends on the game you are playing, if it is hold'em it depends NL or limit too. Generally a one or two outer on the river barely qualifies. Usually it helps if the winning hand is a particularly craptastic hand like 10-4o and the more money involved the less the hand that was the favorite had to be dominating. Bad beats that provide a lasting impression such as flopping a boat and having a donkey betting into you the whole way thinking he is ahead or worse trying to bluff you and then making a higher hand by the river are worth posting imho.
for most casinos its considered aces full of tens or higher beat by quads or better, or highaswell so like straight flush by royal, quads by bigger quads etc etc.
i also view it as someone who gets outdrawn with the best hand when they get there money in, kinda, if u understand that...
